When my father Keller Webster founded KWA Construction in 2004, he wanted to build something bigger than himself. He drew from his decades of experience in the multifamily industry to position KWA as the best multifamily builder in Texas. In addition, he built the foundation of a company that channels teamwork, creativity and respect in its daily operation.

This past fall, we reflected on Keller’s original vision during a company-wide meeting filled with team building exercises and sharing with our employees, both old and new, how we see our values driving the future success of our organization.

We themed our meeting “I Am KWA” to remind ourselves that we function as one cohesive, tight-knit organization that would cease to exist without each and every one of our team members.
